FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 pts fresh strawberries
4 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 baked pie shell
Whipped cream
Combine cornstarch, sugar, water and salt and cook over medium heat.
When mixture turns clear remove from heat.
Add dry Jello and stir until dissolved. Cool.
Add sliced strawberries. Place in pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream.
