INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 banana (sliced & frozen**)
- 1/2 cup apple juice (seeded - clean skin or remove if sprayed w/ pesticide in grove**)
- 1/4 cup silken tofu
- ** 1 TBS wheat germ or flax-seed
ADD it all to your VITAMIX or blender, mix well, serve.
