Non-Soap Shampoo

ONE IDEA
1 TBS Baking Soda
1 Cup Warm or Hot Water
Store in up-cycled shampoo or cream rinse bottle.
Pour the mixture onto your hair and work it in, let sit minute, rinse.

Use more water is your hair is long or thick.
DO NOT use more Baking Soda, it will cake in your hair, become hard or brittle.

~ I don't store any of this mixture.

TWO
Quarter size Baking Soda palm of  hand and make paste.
Massage into hair.
Rinse.

THIRD IDEA
Sprinkle Baking Soda over VERY WET hair and massage in then rinse.

You have to do trial and error and see what works for you.

Frizzy Hair: Add honey to moisturize or moisturizing oil like coconut, jojoba.

Long Hair: Use 1 - 1 solution. Don't use too much baking soda, it will dry your hair.
Greasy Hair: De-tox may mean greasiness. Don't over-wash, it will pass. Try using less Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse.
