no bake éclairs in baby food jars recipe
makes 12–15 servings

what you’ll need
- 12–15 baby food jars, washed and dried
- scissors
no bake éclairs & assembly
what you’ll need
- 2 packages Jell-O Instant Sugar Free & Fat Free Vanilla Pudding
- 3 c skim milk
- 1 – 9 oz container Cool Whip Free
- 1 box Honeymaid graham cracker crumbs
- 1 – 16 oz container Duncan Hines Creamy Homestyle Classic Chocolate Frosting
- 2 piping bags or resealable bags
let’s do it
- mix pudding with milk
- mix Cool Whip into pudding
- add pudding mixture to piping bag or resealable bag (and cut corner off)
- line bottom of jars with graham cracker crumbs (about ¼” thick)
- pipe pudding mixture into jars (about 1″ thick)
- continue layering with graham cracker crumbs and pudding mixture until just below top of jar
- put chocolate icing in second piping bag or resealable bag and fill jars to top
- attach lids and refrigerate 3 hours (or overnight) before serving
let’s do it
- print boy or girl lid labels
- cut out labels and adhere to lid
