YES my husband lived through this but lost a lot of time and work and with our family due to his hand, arms, neck, back and hip injuries due to this accident.
THE OTHER DRIVERS CELL WAS FOUND AT HER FEET NEAR HER GAS PEDAL. She told the officer, I was on my cell phone.
UPDATE: accident was in 2012 and hubby is still having major muscle problems. At our age, that's NOT going to change. Sadly, the young lady that caused this accident had NO injures.
