Caesar Avocado Dressing
2/3 cup dressing approx.

1 ripe avocado
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
salt & pepper, to taste
olive oil and/or water {optional}

Directions:
In the bowl of a food processor or small food chopper,

mayonnaise, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
Blend until smooth. Stream in oil or water to get desired consistency.
Toss with caesar salad and serve
