Tangy Grapefruit Yogurt Popsicles {Recipe}
- 5 oz. Greek Yogurt
 - 1 oz. Buttermilk
 - 2 large grapefruits
 - 6 tbsps. organic sugar
 - 3 tbsps. water
 
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine the Greek yogurt and the buttermilk. Set aside.
 - Juice each of the grapefruits and strain the liquid through a strainer. Twice.
 - In a small sauce pan heat the grapefruit juice, water and sugar on low until the sugar is all melted. Approximately 5 minutes.
 - Do not let the liquid boil. Remove from heat and allow it to cool.
 - Combine the grapefruit juice mixture and the dairy mixture with a whisk, till it is completely smooth.
 - Fill each popsicle mold with the mixture. Fills approximate 8 to 10 popsicles depending on the size.
 - Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!
