Olive Oil & Herb Cubes

Photo: Freeze fresh herbs in olive oil, toss in pan when needed. No need to ever waste fresh herbs again!

Use an ice tray.
Pour in Olive Oil & put in Herb of your choice. Freeze.
Then I put the cubes (by flavor) into ziploc bags in freezer.
Quick easy & ready for cooking!
